Both. Existing and prospective guests may reserve directly through our guest portal. For bespoke arrangements — extended stays, multi-residence bookings, or in-house-chef-only inquiries — a personal exchange with our reservations team is preferred.
A reservation is held without charge for thirty minutes during the booking flow; a deposit of 30% confirms the reservation. The balance is presented at check-in. We accept all major international card networks and bank transfer.
The residence itself, daily housekeeping, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, uninterrupted power and water, and a complimentary morning press of the day. Bespoke experiences — in-house chef, transfers, spa — are available à la carte.
Yes. The Signature Suite and the Two-Bedroom Residences both accommodate small private meetings discreetly. Our concierge can arrange catering, audio-visual, and dedicated front-of-house support on request.
Stays of twenty-eight nights and beyond receive a tailored monthly rate with a dedicated guest manager, additional housekeeping rotations, and a quarterly deep service. Please contact reservations for a personal proposal.
